Cancellation Policy
I charge a $25 cancellation fee per dog if the cancellation is not within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I charge a $25 no show fee per dog. If you are 15 minutes late for scheduled appointment you will be considered a no show and your appointment will be rescheduled. Fees must be paid before next appointment.
